We chose to go with the ProCross breed for our dairy cattle. ProCross cows are know to have a high quality life, because they contain the best quality of all three breeds: good legs and feet, high quality milk, low death rate throughout the herd, overall healthy cow.  Plus, we do not have to worry about inbreeding. The calves are healthier and more likely not to get sick. We have the happiest cows! This in turn produces the highest quality milk.
